Protecting your (“Visitor’s”, “You”) private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the QS Systems, Inc. (“QS Systems”, “We”, “Our”) websites and (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Websites”) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to QS Systems include QS Systems and the Websites.  By using the Websites, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.


Collection of Visitor Personal Information

To better provide you with products and services offered on the Websites, QS Systems may collect certain personally identifiable information from you (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor Personal Information”).  Visitor Personal Information may include your:

  •  E-mail Address
  •  Phone Number
  •  Employer
  •  Job Title


In addition, Visitor Personal Information may include anonymous demographic information the Websites may collect which is not unique to you, such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain functionality available on the Websites. Use of Visitor Personal Information

The Websites may collect and use Visitor Personal Information to operate its customer relationship management application to best deliver Website functionality requested.

QS Systems does not sell, rent, or lease Visitor Personal Information to third parties.  QS Systems may share certain Visitor Personal Information with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send emails or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using Visitor Personal Information except to provide these services to QS Systems and are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of such information.


QS Systems may disclose Visitor Personal Information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in our reasonable determination to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on QS Systems; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of QS Systems; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of visitors to the Websites.


Tracking Visitor Behavior

QS Systems may keep track of the Website pages you visit to determine what Website contents are the most frequently visited. This data is used to deliver customized content to visitors whose behavior indicates an interest in a particular subject area.


Automatically Collected Information

Information about a visitor’s computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by QS Systems. This information can include: the visitor’s IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Websites, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Websites.

The Websites contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our visitors to be aware when they leave our Websites and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.


Security of Visitor Personal Information

QS Systems secures Visitor Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When such information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected using encryption via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols.


We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of Visitor Personal Information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect Visitor Personal Information, by accessing and using the Websites you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of all information and data exchanged between you and us through these Websites cannot be guaranteed.


Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your Visitor Personal Information from our records; and
  • Direct any of our service providers to delete your Visitor Personal Information from their records.


Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your Visitor Personal Information if such information it is necessary to: 

  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for any such activity;
  • Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
  • Allow the exercise of free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
  • Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent for such use;
  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with visitor expectations based on the visitor’s relationship with us;
  • Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
  • Otherwise use Visitor Personal Information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which it was provided.


Children Under Eighteen

The Websites are not intended to be used by children under the age of eighteen.  QS Systems does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, do not use or provide any information on the Websites without permission from your parent or guardian.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of eighteen without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. E-mail Communications

From time to time, QS Systems may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.


If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from QS Systems, you may opt out of such communications.


External Data Storage Sites

We may store Visitor Personal Information on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.  Such third parties are prohibited from using Visitor Personal Information except to provide these services to QS Systems and are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of such information.


Changes to this Policy

We will notify you about significant changes in the way we utilize Visitor Personal Information by posting a notice on the Websites.  Your continued use of the Websites and/or Services available through these Websites after any such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Policy and agreement to abide and be bound by the Policy.
